Nell was my career coach for just over 12 months and throughout this time with her, my understanding of myself, of organisations, of leadership, engagement/management styles and effective communication grew enormously. The structure and support she provided in helping me to understand my own drivers, strengths and career goals has been very impactful in how I’ve managed my career and my team over the last 18 months.
