I was lucky enough for Nell to be my professional coach over a period of a few months whilst I was working in Australia. From the outset she was insightful, accommodating, detailed and challenging in her approach and in ensuring that I was clear with her about what I wanted to achieve and what form of coaching was best to employ to ensure I achieved the highest possible results from our time. Nell’s coaching style, feedback and listening skills enabled me to uncover new avenues of approach, challenge my own natural style and develop as a leader within those immediate situations. I have since been able to continue to successfully employ many aspects of Nell’s coaching in my management and leadership duties and I think this is the key strength of my time with Nell and the aspect for which I am most grateful.

Nell was my career coach for just over 12 months and throughout this time with her, my understanding of myself, of organisations, of leadership, engagement/management styles and effective communication grew enormously.
